The Government of Ghana (GoG) acting through the Ministry of Roads and Highways (MRH) and its agency, the Department of Urban Roads (DUR) has awarded through a National Competitive Tendering process, the contract for the Rehabilitation of about 20km of selected roads within the Nkawkaw Township of the Kwahu West Municipality.

  1. The project objectives include but not limited to the following:

    • Improving connectivity, accessibility and mobility that meets all user needs in support of achieving the transport targets for the Sustainable Development Goal 9 within Nkawkaw Township,
    • Improving the road condition mix of the poor and unpaved roads within the municipality,
